Yesterday, we took a giant step as Wix Partners: we organized and enjoyed the first Wix Community Argentina (WCA) meeting, an incredible experience filled with networking, learning, and professional connection.
10 Years with Wix and a New Chapter as Community Leaders
With over a decade of experience working with Wix, we’ve overcome challenges that have helped us grow and evolve. This journey has allowed us to reach significant milestones: becoming Wix Agency Partners, being recognized as Wix Legends, earning our Wix Studio Developers certification, and now, celebrating a new achievement as Wix Community Leaders.
A Space to Share and Connect
The main goal of this event was to create a space where professionals—whether they have years of experience or are just getting started with Wix—could meet, exchange ideas, and build authentic connections. Our purpose was to create a strong community grounded in collaborative learning and mutual support.
The meeting took place in San Isidro, Buenos Aires, where we brought together a diverse group of professionals at different stages of developing their agencies and studios. Despite the differences in their journeys, they all shared a common goal: to grow and learn together as Wix users.
Icebreakers to Foster Connections
The day started with a brief introduction from each participant, where they shared their stories and experiences with Wix. From seasoned professionals to those just discovering the platform, the variety of paths provided inspiration for everyone.
To encourage even more interaction, we designed activities that sparked laughter and enthusiasm. Upon arrival, each participant received stickers, one of which was repeated. The mission was to find the person with the missing sticker—a fun dynamic that brought back childhood memories of trading stickers while also breaking the ice.
Another activity involved a jar filled with cards containing curious questions and anecdotes about professional experiences. Each participant drew a card and shared their story, revealing how, despite coming from different backgrounds, we’ve all faced similar challenges. These activities not only sparked conversations but also strengthened the connections between attendees.
A Closing Full of Enthusiasm
We wrapped up the event with a final round of impressions, laughter, and reflections. It was exciting to see how the networking we had envisioned for this gathering came to life. The spirit of collaboration and mutual support was present throughout, marking the beginning of what promises to be a constantly growing community.
