When content invites instead of pushes

Migrating a website is not just a technical issue.

It can be a strategic decision that transforms the way a project lives and communicates. This was the case with Escuela Psicotarología, a project based in Spain that came to the Studio looking for more than just an aesthetic renewal: they needed order, integration, autonomy, and above all, a digital experience that matched the expectations of their community.

The Starting Point

The school had an institutional website built on WordPress that didn’t reflect the growth of their offering. Course payments were handled manually, communication with students took place through multiple WhatsApp groups, and content dissemination relied almost exclusively on social media. The day-to-day operations required time, constant follow-up, and a high level of attention across many areas. This created burnout without providing real value to their community.

What did they need? A website that was not just a showcase but a living space where students could learn, share, and stay informed. An all-in-one platform that brought together courses, e-commerce, events, a news portal, forums, groups, an email system... the full package! And at the same time, a strong, unique visual identity that aligned with their proposal.

A Collaborative and Thoughtful Process

From day one, we worked hand in hand with the Escuela de Psicotarología team to understand their processes, communication style, and the dynamics of their community.

This was not a project of isolated deliverables: it was a constant co-creation process, with many hours of virtual meetings (despite the 5-hour time difference!) and a great willingness on both sides to find personalized solutions.

We organized the information, prioritized content, and designed a clear navigation system that included all the tools the team needed. Additionally, we developed a unique aesthetic with original illustrations created by our team, giving the website a personal and distinguishing touch.

More Order, More Focus, More Community

Today, the Escuela de Psicotarología website functions as a true centralized educational platform. Students can register, access their courses in a well-structured environment, view exclusive content, participate in forums, read the blog, and stay up-to-date with all the latest news—all from a single location.

On the other hand, the school’s team no longer depends on scattered messages. While they still use WhatsApp as a channel, all institutional and operational communication now takes place through their website, resulting in a significant optimization of administrative time and an improved user experience.

The Result: A Website that Invites, Not Pushes

This project is a great example of how a well-thought-out digital strategy not only solves operational problems but also transforms the relationship with the community. At Estudio CKS, we believe that a website shouldn’t just be functional—it should also invite, represent, and engage emotionally. And when this is achieved, the result goes beyond the visual: it becomes a space where content flows, the community grows, and the project’s value is enhanced.
